Bring on the drama! Lisa Rinna did not keep her issues with Denise Richards hidden during the upcoming season 10 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion.
“Rinna came at Denise Richards the most,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “Erika [Jayne] also had a go at Denise, and Garcelle [Beauvais] also had time in the hot seat.”
The insider says that Denise “held her ground” while filming. The 49-year-old Wild Things actress also “maintained that there was absolutely no affair” with Brandi Glanville, despite the 47-year-old Drinking and Dating author’s persistent claims.
Earlier this year, Denise tried to get Brandi to refrain from discussing their alleged affair by sending a cease and desist order. In a trailer released in March for the Bravo show, Lisa, 57, confronted Denise about the legal action that was taken.
The reunion was filmed virtually on July 16 amid the coronavirus pandemic. Lisa has since gone on to speak negatively about the experience.
“Reunion was bulls–t today,” the Melrose Place alum wrote on her Instagram Stories on July 17. “I’ve never said that in 6 years. I guess cease and desists work.”
Lisa continued to seemingly shade Denise on her Instagram Stories. “You have to be true to yourself and if you find out your friend of 20 years is a phony? Run,” she wrote on July 19, before sharing various definitions for the word “phony” hours later.
The next day, longtime Bravo host Andy Cohen addressed Lisa’s comments on Radio Andy. “[Lisa] said it was ‘bulls-t.’ She was really upset that Brandi was not there. And I was not,” the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host, 52, said on July 20. “We were going back and forth about whether she should come, [we] spoke to Brandi about it. And I think when you see the finale, you will see, I don’t know. … But the bottom line is, we will all hear from Brandi.”
Andy, for his part, dished on why he was also dissatisfied with the virtual get-together experience, adding: “We started filming at like 2 something on the East Coast. I was kind of annoyed. I was, of course, the only one on the East Coast. So we wrapped at about 11:15 or 11:30 on the East Coast and I was, like, done. I came home and poured myself a big cup of tequila, just straight tequila.”
Garcelle, meanwhile, told Us that Lisa was “without question” too hard on Denise during the taping. “I felt like [Denise] was being hit hard all the time and I felt like it was hard, time after time, after time,” the 53-year-old actress explained on July 22. “At some point, you have to believe someone’s truth or just go, ‘OK’ and move on, but it wasn’t that way. I just felt like they were too harsh on her.”
