Friday's issue of London's Daily Mirror features a blurry photo of Daniel Radcliffe at a party holding what is described as a "spliff." The shot also shows him with a mustache painted on his face. The headline? "Harry Pothead."

But a rep for the Harry Potter star, 20, denies he was smoking cannabis.

"We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today's Daily Mirror," his spokeswoman said in a statement on Friday. "Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations."
