Jimmy Kimmel's Emmys Prank With Tracy Morgan "Passing Out" Tricks Thousands on Twitter

It may be hard to believe, but Jimmy Kimmel's prank with Tracy Morgan Sunday at the Emmy Awards actually worked!
Emmys host Kimmel, 44, teamed up with the 30 Rock star to try and fool Twitter into believing Morgan, 43, passed out on stage.

The Jimmy Kimmel Live host told viewers to tweet, "OMG, Tracy Morgan just passed out on stage at the Emmys, turn ABC on now!"
And to get Twitter users to believe the prank, Kimmel had Morgan lie down on stage. "Okay, hold my nunchucks," Morgan told the host while taking actual nunchucks out of his sparkly tuxedo coat before sprawling out on the floor.

"Just lie there for about 10 minutes or so, and when people tune in they'll see this on the stage," Kimmel explained.

And the comedians actually fooled the Twitterverse. "OMG 25,000 tweets instantly thanks to OMG Tracy Morgan Emmys," Twitter TV announced. "Thanks Jimmy Kimmel!"
