Video: Lawyer: Jon Gosselin Is "Very Hopeful" Judge Will Rule in His Favor
Jon Gosselin didn't have much to say after his Tuesday morning court hearing with estranged wife Kate.
When asked why he was grimacing, the dad of eight, 32, told Entertainment Tonight: "It's cold outside."

Kate, 34 -- who donned a bright pink shirt and jacket -- kept mum when asked if she'd provide accounting paperwork to prove to the court-ordered arbitrator that Jon took $230,000 from their shared bank account.

At the hearing, a judge advised Jon -- who dressed up in a dark suit -- and Kate to keep their split "private and amicable" for the sake of the kids.
The couple -- who filed for divorce in June after 10 years of marriage -- are due back in court Oct. 26.

I have watch their show from the beginning and have quit. Kate is so into Kate but then she has always put herself first.

Kate went on one show last week. Jon was all over the tabloid trash TV shows. He has to return 180K of the 230K he took out of the account. Which is the proof that he stole from that account.

Looks to me like it didn't go so well for Jon; I think Kate had the goods on him...
If he can't go on shows to talk about his divorce. How will he be able to return $180,000? Maybe Hailey's parents can help him out. Since they love him so much.
Does anyone else wonder where the Gosselins will be in say 5 years. I guarantee you they will be broke and homeless they way the BOTH have spent their money. Hopefully the kids will at least get a college education out of all of their time on TV and not wind up on a new TLC show "child stars in rehab".
