Rachel Uchitel Returns to Celeb Rehab

She's back.

The same day news surfaced that Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel quit VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab, a source tells UsMagazine.com she has returned.

Despite reports that she has a pill problem, a source tells Us Uchitel is on the show because she "is addicted to love."

TMZ reports that she bolted after an intense therapy session while discussing her late father, who died of a cocaine overdose in his 40s (Uchitel was 15 at the time).

But she returned after her castmates -- including Hills alum Jason Wahler, actor Eric Roberts and model Janice Dickinson -- urged her to rejoin.
