Video: Danielle Staub: It's "Pathetic" Ashley Wasn't Arrested

On Monday's The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle Staub is in disbelief that Jacqueline Laurita's 19-year-old daughter, Ashley, wasn't arrested the night she pulled out her extensions (Ashley was later found guilty of simple assault and fined $189).

"Ashley is positively guilty of yanking my hair," she gripes in the above clip. "I find it pathetic to think seven police cars arrived and no arrests were made."
So Staub -- who insists, "I have never thrown a punch in my life" -- takes a boxing lesson to learn how to stand up for herself.

Says the mother of two, "It's time for me to learn to defend myself against people who want to hurt me.

i think most people are missing a point here. everyone is too busy fighting and not worried about how their actions are going to affect their kids. how can you expect your kids to do right, when you can't even act like an adult? danielle is very paranoid, always thinking someone is out to get her. if someone doesn't want to be your friend, move on and stop acting like you are in high school. more important things in the world then to worry about whether someone likes you or not. teresa who cares if your house is in foreclosure or not. both of you just pass insults like you're kids. GROW UP!!!!!!
i think it is funny how danielle is making a big deal of the hair-pulling incident. she also claimed there were threats to her life. did i miss that somewhere, because i didn't hear it? she is calling the kettle black when she was going to find someone to take out dina. it is ok for you to make threats to dina and try to do worse? now ashley and teresa have given danielle reason to try to confirm what she has been telling people about them. i like teresa, but that was dumb to even speak to danielle. these girls need to grow up and stop acting like they're in junior high.
Danielle is without a doubt the most obnoxious CRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZYYY adult I have publicly observed, and that has been displayed time and time again, over and over. A grown woman combating another one not more than a child is absurd. Ashley is an 11 year old child who was never taught respect, in a young woman's body. I don't know where she got the attitude from, but she is a spoiled rotten ungrateful little brat.

i don't agree with what ashley did, but i agree with caroline when she said that danielle is going to make them look like the "bad girls". danielle is blaming ashley's mothering skills for this, but you can be the best parent in the world and your child may still make poor choices. all this crap stems from the other girls didn't want to be her friend. get over it and find friends elsewhere. you can't make someone be your friend. danielle wants to dramatize everything.

Danielle is delusional.. Ashley wasn't arrested because the police didn't think what she did was an "arrest-able offense" that's why she got a ticket and had to appear before a judge regarding the above mentioned ticket.. Danielle is just trying to milk this sad cow for everything its worth and its pathetic.. Grow up Danielle you're almost a 50 year old woman.. P.S. If you have issues with the justice system in New Jersey then maybe you should take it up with your senators / state legislators instead of crying fowl and filing a trumped up lawsuit when you know you're just full of malarkey..
