    Jessica only looks so big because she's a petite girl 5'3". @Heather gestational diabetes is actually common about 1/4 of expectant moms get it though it's not diagnosed until near the end of the 2nd trimester aroud week 24 ask Mariah Carey she had it when she had her twins 9 months ago. though it usually subsides after delivery but can come back as regular diabetes when your older first time moms tend to gain more weight than they're supposed to for a single pregnancy your supposed to gain 25-35lbs in the 9 months of gestation unless for some reason you deliver prematurely which 15-17% of mothers on an annual basis of singletons do 80% of first borns are late and the average weight of a full term newborn single baby is 7lbs 7oz though upto 9lbs 8oz is considered normal for a full term newborn if Jessica gains 60lbs by delivery and the baby weighs 9lbs thats 15% of the weight. pregnancy looks beautiful on her and if the way she is with Bronx as an aunt is any indication then she's gonna be a wonderful mother

    This fat sow will end up with diabetes if she doesn't control her eating. They will have to haul her on the back of a fire truck when she's due to give birth; she won't be able to fit into an ambulance.
