    @Jill Shawn sometimes they have to for film premieres award shows and charity events so they don't have a choice but to wear heels and most pregnant women can. it's only ones that have had serious complications or are carrying multiples who are told not to wear heels. just because they're ready to welcome the baby doesn't mean he/she is ready to be born. wearing flats under a ball gown like you would wear to the oscars is tacky and besides Jennifer doesn't need the extra height heels provide she's 5'8" not 5'2" like Nicole Richie or 4'11" like Snooki from the Jersey Shore is.

    Even when she is not pregnant, she doesn't live up to the Hollywood appearance hype. She always just makes sure she's compfortable and when there is a function, she gets dolled up. I like that about her.
