
Alanis Morissette

Born in 1974 in Canada, Alanis Morissette is an international female rock artist.
In the years since her 1991 debut album, Alanis, Morissette has won seven Grammy Awards and released seven additional albums. Morissette is also an actress, appearing in the film Dogma, and in guest roles on Sex and the City and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
The “Ironic” singer – who once battled anorexia and bulimia – was engaged to actor Ryan Reynolds but the couple split in 2007.
Married to Mario “MC Souleye” Treadway since May 2010, Morissette welcomed her first son, Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway, in December 2010.
