Charlie Sheen Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges

Charlie Sheen has been arrested on felony domestic violence charges.
He was taken into custody at 11:20 a.m. Christmas Day after police responded to a 911 call at a home in Aspen, Colorado.

Booked under his real name, Carlos Irwin Estevez, the 44-year-old actor -- who is wed to Brooke Mueller -- was placed under arrest for second-degree assault, felony menacing and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, according to the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department.

According to the statement, the victim in the incident did not require transportation to the hospital.
Sheen was released Friday at 7 p.m. on a $8,500 bond. He is due in court on Feb. 8.
No other details have been released.
A rep for Sheen tells Us: "Do not be misled by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."

Yet he has proven to be over and over again. This small man gave testimony against a madam in Hollywood, he was her best customer. This coupled with his assaults on women, we can gather his opinion on women. Now the question is will he get prosecuted. Or again will the victim be blamed. He is a bad man and a bad actor!! WOW!!I don't know what I would do if everybody stuck their nose in my buisness.yes everybody is intitled to their opinion but if this was your brother what would you say about the harsh judgement then.My vote would be to some serious counseling and leave TWO AND A HALF MEN out of the verdict that all of you seem to have I love the show and let the other actors have their say if they want to work with him or not, all this crap has nothing to do with his ability as an actor cause I myself think he does a hell of a good job.It takes two to tango and who knows anything about about Brook maybe she is the gold digger who found out he was easy prey, from rags to riches in no time, cause it seems to me she does'nt want to be a mother or a wife.Now that's my opinion

The show must go one his show is a hit and a riot, personal life should have nothing to do with his acting life. Unless your an alcoholic you have no business judging someone. I am not excusing his or anyone else actions but until you have walked in those shoes don't judge and don't comment

Granted, she a raging alcoholic to be drunk as hell on Christmas morning when she had twins to take care of. Thank God for nannies who are raising their children. Only reason this idiot Brooke is staying with Charlie Sheen is so she can continute her drinking, not have to deal with the kids and have nice things. Unlike the others - this one has nothing going for her. She's a glorified waitress. She'll take all of Charlie Sheen's beating, shootings and chokings to maintain her "respectable" lifestyle. LOL

Charlie Sheen can marry as many times as he wants, have a cute little family and try and change his image after all his past history...but he HASN'T CHANGED ONE BIT. He's the same troubled individual he was years ago. He and his wife were drinking, they both have a history of alcohol abuse...this guy makes 20 million a year, I think his days of redemption are O-V-E-R. The public gave him a chance, many times over, and he's just a complete and utter JERK. He got engaged to this woman just before his divorce was finalized from Denise Richards; he's marriage material - come on now! Charlie, stay single, get sober and get into anger management, and to CBS..this should be the last year of "Two and Half Men", he's had his day in the sun. He never learned his lesson.
Sheen didn't shoot anybody. He has been accused of physical and verbal abuse, but not shooting somebody.
This is not anything new for Charlie. I'm not saying it's right, but do you know how many famous people have done this? The list endless. A lot of Legends are on it, too!
FYI-Did you know... CS and Brooke had been at a Christmas Eve dinner drinking and arguing.They do have a nanny for the twins. One of the boys has a heart situation and had to stay in the hospital longer as a newborn than the other.
