17Wow--she looks a LOT like her dad...I agree you don't know what goes on behind closed doors and I'm sure Gabriel is no saint b/c it takes 2 to fail or succeed BUT Halle is the common denominator is all of her train wrecks so the major issues most likely lie with her!!!

Going on experience I'm not so sure that she's a nut and he's as loving a father as his making out to be.Remember the devil has his ways of fooling us and abusers are great at that .This man always seems ready when the camera are there with gifts and playing in the park. I've seem this a million times dad pretending his done nothing wrong and the mum is made out to be a nut because she's trying to protect her kid.No one knows what went on, I just hope the judge is smart enough to see through he said she said and the child's rights are protected.
I think Halle has the issue as well. David Justice told everybody how she was when he was married to her, he said she was something else.
Halle is the problem. Hauling him to court even if he sneezes the wrong way. He seems like a doting father. I hope her fiance sees her for what she is and runs before she has his kid and badgers him with court proceedings.
I think that Halle is the trouble. Even if she had a problem with Gabriel Aubry, she doesn't have the right to separate them. If I were her ex, I don't know what I would do to her if she tried to separate me from my child. It's time a judge puts this lunatic woman in her place.

I've just gotten to the point where I think the problem lies with Halle. Every time she breaks up with someone, it's ALWAYS their fault and she always tries and usually succeeds in ruining their career. Did anyone ever wonder why every single time she breaks up with someone there's MAJOR drama? Could it be the drama is HER? I'm sorry Halle, I used to love ya honey, but now you have a child with someone and she needs a father, her father, not just a father figure. Some chain smoking, French lover you'll be breaking up with in a year or two down the road amidst some MORE drama. She has a Father. Let him be one and you try being a Mother

Perhaps the caption should read, "Nahla, Gabriel Aubry's daughter with ex Halle Berry..." especially since in this instance she is pictured with her father. I guess money always talks...even in "journalism."
