Most celebs shop at discount stores, Target, Walmart, etc. So what - it doesn't mean they are in financial trouble....trust me, this girl has more money right now then you will have in your lifetime. It looks like she is happy and doing well....good to see.
I love her, she is beautiful and talented. If only people would leave her alone for being a human. She has been through alot in her short life and I think she handles herself very well. And OMG, big effin deal, she is shopping at Century 21. That is a smart thing to do.
