Gabrella, WOW, I have to agree with TWTTAP, Please don't speak for everyone. When you say "us" you mean everyone reading it. "To each his own" is a saying you should stick too. Go ahead and put a comment whether it's good or negative, but don't speak for everyone. Kim & her sisters look "almost" the exact same as they did when they we're kids.( I personally get a kick out of thier show, but that's just me) I like how you added the jealous comment up here so you could make "your own" comment about yourself, like we would ever really get to see your picture or bank account (and who would really care). But, if your going that way, I'm a beautiful ITALIAN (Bella) and very proud of it, and am well off!!! BUT ONLY ONE "WELL OFF" will do for me.

It's really sad that the only way they are happy with who they are, is to have extensive plastic surgery...I guess their real looks scared them, and have had so much, they don't even reconize themselves. Kim's face is wrapped so tight, looks like it's going to split at the "seams"...I think they are trying to look like us Latina's...natural beauty, not made in a doctor's office.
