Nicole graduated from Rutgers University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media with a minor in criminology to satisfy her love for both pop-culture and true-crime.

Work history

Nicole got her start in journalism while interning at J-14 Magazine during her senior year at Rutgers University. She returned in 2011 as a photo editor and entertainment writer where she compiled and researched photos for the magazine, conducted dozens of interviews with bands and musicians and wrote music features and blog posts for both the magazine and website. She has also shot her own photography at dozens of concerts and music festivals and created video packages for the site. Highlights include summers at the Warped Tour, hanging out with Taylor Swift before her Red tour and playing Truth or Dare with One Direction.
