Normani

Normani (born Normani Kordei) is an American singer, best known as one of the members of girl group Fifth Harmony.

Normani auditioned as a solo artist on The X Factor USA season 3 in 2012, where she was swiftly put into a new band alongside Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane. The musicians named their band Fifth Harmony and they ultimately finished in second place behind Tate Stevens.

After X Factor, Fifth Harmony continued performing together and scored a record deal with Simon Cowell’s Syco Music. Cabello was the first member to leave the band, announcing her decision in 2016. The remaining members, including Normani, continued on for two more years. They went on an indefinite hiatus starting in 2018.

Normani competed on season 24 of Dancing With the Stars in 2017, where she finished in third place with pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Since then, she’s been focused on her solo music career. Normani released her debut album, Dopamine, in June 2024.

As for her personal life, Normani started dating NFL wide receiver DK Metcalf in 2022 after meeting through his former Seattle Seahawks teammate Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara. Metcalf proposed in March 2025 shortly before signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
