Raven Gates

Raven Gates is a reality TV personality, entrepreneur and social media influencer best known for appearing on The Bachelor and finding her husband on Bachelor in Paradise. Gates was born and raised in Hoxie, Arkansas. Before entering the spotlight, she built a career in fashion as the owner of the Grey Suede boutique in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Gates first rose to fame in 2017 as a contestant on Season 21 of The Bachelor, where she competed for Nick Viall‘s final rose and finished as the runner-up. She returned later that year for Season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise, where she met fellow contestant Adam Gottschalk. The pair left the show together and became one of the franchise’s lasting success stories, getting engaged in 2019.

In addition to her reality TV career, Gates continued to run her fashion business while growing her platform as a lifestyle influencer. On social media, she regularly shares updates about fashion, motherhood and family life on social media and has appeared in various Bachelor Nation reunion specials and franchise-related programming. Her boutique remained open until she sold the location in 2020.

Gates tied the knot with Gottschalk in 2021. They share sons Gates (born in 2022) and Max (born in 2023).
