Formerly Hugh Hefner's number one girlfriend, Madison (real name: Holly Cullen), a model and Playboy Playmate, has been featured on the E! reality series The Girls Next Door and ABC's Dancing with the Stars.

Born in Oregon and raised in Alaska, Madison moved to Los Angeles in 1999. While working at Hooters to pay for college, she was discovered and invited to the Playboy mansion, working her way up to become one of Hefner's seven girlfriends in 2001. A year later, she moved into his bedroom and became his "No. 1 girl."

In 2008, Madison announced that she and Hefner had split and that she moved out of the mansion and into her own condo. In 2008, she began dating illusionist Criss Angel, but the couple called it quits in 2009.

Madison announced in August 2012 that she and boyfriend Pasquale Rotella will welcome a child in 2013.
