Grey's Anatomy star Sarah Drew, 30, is pregnant with her first child, the actress' rep confirms to Us Weekly. She and husband Peter Lanfer will welcome the baby in January.

Drew, who began playing Dr. April Kepner on the hit ABC medial drama in 2009, was promoted to series regular in June.
