The clothing designer and Priceless author -- who wed Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden Dec. 12 in Beverly Hills -- was arrested in December 2006 after she was pulled over for driving on the wrong side of the highway. She later admitted to using marijuana and Vicodin before getting behind the wheel. She was sentenced to four days in jail, though Richie spent a mere 82 minutes behind bars before she was released and put on probation.

Richie's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, went to court Wednesday morning to provide evidence that the former reality star, 29, had completed all the terms of her probation. Though it wasn't scheduled to end in February, the judge agreed to terminate her probation early after Richie received a glowing recommendation from the alcohol education program she's been enrolled in for the past 18 months.
