    She does donate, but doesn't run around claiming "free" PR for it. Some celebrities make sure it gets out there every time they do something, some are very low key about it. Beautiful photo.

    I think this is beautiful. She looks genuine. Not posed for a camera. And miley does donate and participates in many American charities, like feeding America, clothes of our backs, and a lot of cancer research foundations like st judes. She's so caring
