Rihanna is a pretty girl, but this dress looks like a crinkled piece of paper. Sorry have to call it like I see it. In regards to her airing out her dirty laundry, I think she should have spoken the entire trust and not just her side. Her body language indicates there was some lying involved... I feel bad that she was beaten, but do not think it fair for her to only reveal her side.

She didn't take the high road by airing her dirty laundry to the world. I would have respected her more for doing the interview to say "yes I was abused and I walked away from the relationship and I am sure I did some things that may have been abusive, but it's best that we are apart" That would be something a role model would say.....not give blow by blow details of their physical relationship. It's like someone going on air to give sexual details of their cheating husband or something like that.....and while I am a Rhianna fan.......I do not think that is a flattering dress.
I personally don't think she did anything extravagant to deserve this award -- what about all the other women who are victims of domestic violence, they're not being honored simply because they're not celebrities. Don't get me wrong, what she had to endure was obviously horrible, but unlike the other Glamour women of the year (Stella McCartney, Maya Angelou, Maria Shriver, Amy Pohler, etc.) she hasn't made an immense global impact through charities, causes, or demonstrating strength -- she was photographed with Chris after he beat her, and after all this time, just came out about her experiences. Just my personal thoughts -- I really do wish her the best and glad she's out of that situation.
