The Verity actress has long kept quiet about her dating history before and after her breakup from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin in 2025 after eight years together. Former AEW wrestler Andy “The Butcher” Williams, meanwhile, died on September 5 after collapsing during a match while longtime ESPN analyst and former NHL coach Barry Melrose’s death was announced on September 9.

According to documents obtained by Us, lawyers representing the State of Georgia filed a new motion on Thursday, September 17, asking the court to require “forensic interviews” with unidentified minors. (TMZ was first to report the news.)

“The state will proffer a good faith basis for concern regarding additional minors who require forensic interviews related to this case,” the docs read. “To the extent the court must consider video evidence and receive a proffer by counsel related to potential victims, the state requests [the] same be done in camera or in a closed courtroom, with counsel for defendant present. The video evidence is explicit in nature and should be reviewed and considered under seal.”

What to Know About Kim Zolciak's Son KJ's Arrest for Sexual Assault

KJ, the 15-year-old son of estranged couple Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, in August for aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy after an alleged incident with an unidentified minor victim earlier this year. KJ, who has categorically denied the accusations, has yet to enter a plea.

KJ was also indicted earlier this month for aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16. (He has not been arrested for the remaining charges in the indictment.)

KJ was held at an Atlanta-area juvenile detention center before he was granted $200,000 bail on September 11. He will now be subject to pretrial supervision ahead of his arraignment in October. Per the terms of his bond, KJ is required to wear an electronic ankle monitor under 24-hour house arrest without any access to a cell phone or social media.

KJ’s attorneys have since requested to transfer the case to juvenile court, which would prevent their client from being tried as an adult, and to close all hearings to “protect juvenile identities” and records. A judge ruled to restrict media recording and photography on Thursday.

Following his arrest, prosecutors claimed in court that video footage was found of KJ allegedly engaging in sexual behavior with an underage relative and there was allegedly “multiple encounters” where KJ used “predatory [and] derogatory” language toward the unidentified victim.

“The characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case,” KJ’s lawyer Jason Sheffield told TMZ in a statement, addressing the accusations. “The matter arose from inappropriate, crude behavior involving two middle-schoolers.”

Sheik died on Thursday, September 17, and was “surrounded by love,” the message noted.

Sheik’s family announced two days earlier that the musician had been admitted to a local hospital in critical condition.

‘Spring Awakening’ Original Cast: Where Are They Now?

Sheik, who is survived by his mother, partner Nora Ariffin and their daughter, gained traction with his debut single, “Barely Breathing,” in the late ‘90s. He is perhaps best known for writing the 2006 Broadway hit Spring Awakening alongside Steven Sater. The Tony-winning coming-of-age musical starred Lea Michele, Jonathan Groff, John Gallagher Jr. and Skylar Astin.

“I got fibroid embolization, hoping to preserve my fertility, since I didn’t know yet if I wanted more kids and wasn’t ready to have that choice made for me. It seemed to work,” she recalled. “Then my divorce [from Simon Guobadia] hit, and with it came stress I hadn’t planned for.”

Williams ultimately went to a fibroid specialist who confirmed her fibroids were back. “She called with the results: a little over 15 large fibroids in my uterus, plus endometriosis and another diagnosis involving the uterine lining,” the reality star recalled. “As we sat in her office, she told me I needed a hysterectomy.”

Amid the health scare, Williams found out she would keep her ovaries and lose her uterus.

“During the surgery, they found 21 fibroids total. The largest was the size of a cantaloupe,” she recalled. “I woke up after the surgery and thought, ‘A part of me is gone.’ Fibroids aren’t something we usually talk about as women, and neither are hysterectomies. There’s a stigma to it, as if you’re somehow less of a woman without your uterus.”

“I didn’t have a choice about the hysterectomy, but it saved my life. My quality of life has improved 100 percent since,” she continued. “I hadn’t realized the fibroids were behind my migraines, my low iron levels, or how stressed my body had been just from everyday life. I’d also lost my ability to have sex, since the fibroids had grown large enough to close off more than 60 percent of my birth canal, and put my bladder at risk from their sheer weight.”

Williams concluded: “Now I take snapshots of every single moment with my daughter. I’m even more present, more grateful, because when I look at her, I see a true miracle. I’ve always called her my lifesaver, since she gave me my purpose, and now that feels even more true. I really was chosen to be her mom.”

In her August 20 petition, Rhain, 35, accused Noah, 34, of years of physical and sexual abuse, psychological manipulation and coercive control during their marriage. She also alleged that his recent behavior had become increasingly intimidating, culminating in an August 1 confrontation at her home during which she claimed he tried to steal a trailer and threatened her boyfriend with a tire iron.

“I’ve suffered at the hand of my husband for numerous years and have not been able to come forward until now,” Rhain alleged in court documents. “Noah Brown has not only physically abused me and sexually abused me, but has committed years of unchecked psychological manipulation and coercive control at the most extreme levels.”

The temporary order was approved by the court the same day Rhain filed her petition. The allegations have not been proven in court. Us has reached out to Rhain and Noah’s lawyers for comment.

According to Rhain, the August 1 confrontation began when she returned home and allegedly found Noah, his girlfriend and two of his siblings attempting to remove a trailer from her property. Rhain claimed the trailer was protected under an existing temporary restraining order in their divorce and that she had previously told Noah he was no longer permitted at her residence.

“I witnessed the kids shivering in the night in the chaos,” she said in court documents of their sons, Elijah, 7, and Adam, 4. “I quickly called 911 for help [as] I had on many occasions told Noah he is no longer allowed at my residence, and he has repeatedly ignored me.”

“At this point, I was extremely afraid for my safety and the safety of my children to have been placed in this situation. I truly believe that Noah would’ve gotten physically aggressive if he had not seen that I was on a call with the police,” she continued. “Prior to my call, my boyfriend was threatened by Noah brandishing an unidentified weapon in the dark and yelling at him before we got our cameras rolling. It was later identified as a tire iron.”

“I was terrified for the life of my boyfriend, my kids and myself in a way I have never felt before and that lasted roughly 15 seconds while Noah commanded my boyfriend to stay out of this and this had nothing to do with him before Noah stepped into the light and we could see it was a tire iron,” Rhain added. “Seeing that I was on the phone with police and recording him, and telling him on video that he was not allowed to be here, [Noah] peeled out, causing field damage and throwing rocks with his truck tires.

“This incident shows a complete breakdown and invasion of personal safety. It shows all the lines he’s willing to cross just to get what he wants. It shows all the ways he’s willing to ignore the law, ignore my right to a peaceful home, and put his own children in harm’s way. It shows Noah Brown‘s complete disregard of my autonomy, exactly like how he used to treat me while we were married.”

Among the disturbing claims, Rhain also alleged that she was raped during their marriage but did not report it.

Rhain claimed she sought medical treatment in September 2024 after experiencing concerning symptoms and pain that she attributed to the allegedly “violent” and “unwanted nature” of their intimate relationship.

“The coercive control finally broke open enough on September 3, 2024, just before our separation that I had to seek help,” she claimed. “For my safety, because of the situation I was in at home, I did not report this as rape, but it was. I was seen three days later for an ultrasound to rule out any other causes, none were found.”

She added in the filing: “I lived in such fear of the repercussions of attempting to seek help that I did not believe that my physical health outweighed my mental safety until it went too far.”

Rhain further alleged that during the relationship she was not allowed to go to a doctor’s appointment without Noah’s permission and the doctor had to be a woman: “Even if the doctor and the nurses were all girls, if I went alone, I was berated and barraged with accusations of infidelity. These countless, horrible, scary, fear-causing events, lead me to redesign my entire life,” she claimed, adding that she has lived a “guarded and scared life.”

“I stopped going to any doctor or dentist, unless Noah went with me, just to avoid the trauma of the abuse back at home… He controlled me in such a way that I myself chose not to seek help.”

Rhain also alleged that she is afraid of how her estranged husband will react to the civil protection order, which means he must stay within 1000 feet away from Rhain and their children, except during exchanges and following parenting plan guidelines.

“It wasn’t until I asked for a separation two years ago that I was able to seek help in understanding what had transpired behind closed doors all this time. Even upon separation, when my lawyer asked if I wanted a protection order then, I believed that I wasn’t safe enough to ask for one because I am afraid of how Noah Brown will retaliate.”

Rhain, who at the time of the court filing was pregnant with her third child and due within weeks, claims she fears for her safety as a result of Noah’s alleged intimidating and “escalating behavior,” and asked the court if there is somewhere safe for her to stay in case he or his followers retaliate.

“Even after two years of separation, I still run every decision through a ‘what will Noah do?’ filter. I am afraid of his retaliation, I am afraid of his continued lies he is spreading about me, I am afraid of his family coming after me with their overwhelming numbers,” she claimed in the filing, adding that the “mental anguish” has led her to develop Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

“I am afraid that my further safety relies heavily on whether or not this protection order can be implemented,” she claimed in the docs. “I plead for help. I plead for protection for myself and my children. I am requesting a protection order against my husband… to protect myself, my children, my pets and my life.”

The court tried to serve Noah several times in person until he was finally served with the temporary order against him via email. The order remains in place until the pair’s next court hearing, scheduled for Tuesday, September 22.

Noah and Rhain announced via TikTok in January 2025 that they had separated after nearly seven years of marriage. Later that year in October, Rhain filed for divorce and since then the exes have found themselves in an ongoing and contentious legal dispute.

South OC Cars and Coffee, which James cofounded with his father, Simon Wehr, shared details of a special celebration of life for James, set to take place in San Clemente, California, on Saturday, September 19.

“Please join us as we remember our son James and his friend Lexi, who tragically lost their lives together,” the family wrote via Instagram. “This Saturday, we will be gathering to remember and honor James, who meant so much to so many in the car community.”

“A celebration of James’ life will take place at South OC Cars and Coffee this Saturday, September 19, from 8:30–11:00 a.m.,” the post continued. “Everyone is welcome to join us as we come together to remember James and celebrate the incredible impact he had on so many lives.”

James, who was 27, and Kramer, who was 22, were killed in a car accident in Irvine, California, in the early hours of Sunday, September 13. Irvine police said James was driving a 2019 McLaren supercar but “lost control” while traveling “northbound at a high speed.” James “struck a curb and a tree” before the car “split in two and caught fire.”

South OC Cars and Coffee, which describes itself as the “largest weekly car show in the world,” identified James as one of the two victims who perished in an Instagram post shared on Sunday. The post was reshared by his parents, Simon and Sarah Wehr, his sister, Sophia Wehr, and his wife, Emma Wehr.

“Unfortunately, we have some really heavy news to share with you all. This morning, just after midnight, we lost our darling son and brother James in a motor accident,” the post read.

“We respectfully ask for privacy as a family as we process this profound loss,” the statement continued. “We would appreciate all of your good thoughts and prayers, and for those of you who knew James, thank you for being his friends, his mentors and his peers. On Monday, September 14, a family member of Kramer’s identified her as the second victim in the accident.

The relative told the California Post that Kramer had flown to California on Friday, September 11, to spend the weekend with James. The person also claimed that James had told Kramer he was in the midst of divorcing his wife.

James’ widow has hired attorney Corey Higgins to investigate the circumstances surrounding the influencer’s death.

“At the time of the collision, a significant amount of water was present on the roadway on an otherwise clear night, creating an extremely hazardous condition for any motorist,” Higgins claimed in an Instagram video on Wednesday, September 16. “The source of that water is yet to be identified, and our firm is actively investigating how that water came to be there, how long that condition had existed and who may ultimately bear responsibility.”

In an excerpt from his new book, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, published by the Daily Mail on Thursday, September 17, Spencer, 62, recalled his first conversation with Charles, 77, after Diana died in a car accident in August 1997.

“The phone rang constantly. Prince Charles caught me as I crossed the landing upstairs,” Spencer wrote. “Unlike my other callers, who were stunned, barely able to articulate their condolences and offers of help, he sounded giddily elated — like a lottery winner, I remember thinking at the time.”

“He let me know he had informed [Princes] William and Harry of their mother’s death, first thing that morning, in their bedrooms at Balmoral,” Spencer continued. “It all sounded strangely matter-of-fact, given the enormity of the disaster.”

In another excerpt from the book published by the Daily Mail on Wednesday, September 16, Spencer claimed that Charles once told him that Diana would be forgotten in time.

“Rest assured, we’ll forget her soon enough,” Spencer alleged Charles told him over the phone during an argument about Diana’s funeral arrangements.

Spencer hypothesized in the book that Charles “unleashed” his comments because he had “pent-up contempt for Diana” and was horrified “the world was so bowled over by her death.”

“I was so stunned that it took me a few seconds to reply. ‘I can’t believe you just said that,’ I said flatly, before hanging up,” Spencer wrote.

Earlier this week, Trump announced via social media that he would be supportive of the center’s renovations only if his name was added to the building.

“The Board of The Kennedy Center today agreed, almost unanimously, to close the Building for Safety reasons, and so that it can begin the process of Reconstruction,” Trump wrote via Truth Social on Tuesday, September 15. “The closing will take place immediately, however, the Renovation and Reconstruction, which is a very large and complex job, cannot begin until such time as the D.C. Circuit rules on the Board’s approved name.”

The former Apprentice host continued, “If the ruling is a negative one, which it should not be, and is not overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Reconstruction and the Renovation of The Kennedy Center will not take place.”

In his latest post, Trump claimed $17 million — that he allegedly raised — has already been put into the Kennedy Center account to keep it afloat.

Earlier in the day, U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper explained that Congress would need to approve Trump’s name being added to the Washington, D.C., building.

“Simply put, Defendants cannot install memorials for President Trump or anyone or anything else at the Kennedy Center without Congress’ blessing,” Cooper said in the latest ruling on Tuesday, per the Associated Press.

Members of Kennedy’s extended family have previously weighed in on Trump’s attempts to attach his name to the center.

“Adding your name to a memorial already named in honor of a great man doesn’t make you a great man. Quite the contrary,” Maria Shriver wrote via X in December 2025. “Putting your name on top of someone else’s doesn’t mean that people will speak of you in the same breath as the other man. Putting your name above another man’s name on his existing memorial… What is that about? Truly? What’s that about?”

Esophagitis is a condition that involves the swelling and irritation of tissues lining the esophagus. Without treatment, esophagitis can lead to a condition called Barrett’s esophagus, which can raise the risk of developing esophageal cancer, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Robert died at 59 in September 2003 following a battle with esophageal cancer. In addition to Kim, Robert shared daughters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian and son Rob Kardashian with Kris.

Over the years, Kim’s sister Khloé, 42, has been particularly candid about her father‘s death.

“At the funeral, when I saw my father in his casket, I completely fell apart,” Khloé recalled in her 2015 memoir, Strong Looks Better Naked. ”I don’t remember the details, but apparently I was an emotional wreck, and I’m told that I was so distraught I actually passed out. “It was a very difficult situation because it was somebody that I loved very deeply, and I truly did want to get to a place of forgiveness, but I oftentimes ignore my intuition, and there was just something deep down that I felt like I just didn’t trust,” she said. “The dishonesty just continued, and I called it quits.”

Carmella added that the split had affected her sons,  Jason, 17, and Jax, 15. (Carmella shares Jason and Jax with her ex-husband, former NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia. The former couple also share daughters Presley, 18, and Faith, 14.)

“I have to be enough for myself and for him and for my children, and I was never enough for him,” she said. “That’s an issue that I feel like is his issue.”

Describing the relationship with Danny as unhealthy, Carmella continued, “If I could change it for him, I would, but I can’t. The ship was sinking, and I needed to save myself.”

Carmella admitted it was tough watching their relationship on RHOC and added that she has enlisted the help of therapists to move forward.

“I’ve struggled over the years [with] suppressing pain, and I felt like this is exactly where I needed to be,” she said. “I needed to walk through it, and the only way through it is straight through it.”

“It’s been about four years since Danny’s infidelity. And, admittedly, I do have a wall of resentment,” Carmella said, adding, “But I do love him, I do want to live life with him, I do need to know how to forgive, and not just for him, but for myself. I just have to figure out how to do it.”

For his part, Danny told Carmella during the episode that he wanted to restore the feelings they had in the initial stages of their relationship.
