Kelly Rizzo

Kelly Rizzo is a television host, producer and digital creator best known for hosting the streaming series Eat Travel Rock. Rizzo grew up in Chicago, Illinois, before attending the University of Iowa. She later transferred to DePaul University, where she earned a degree in communications.

Rizzo began her career in real estate before transitioning into media and entertainment. She launched Eat Travel Rock as a blog, which evolved into a web series showcasing her interviews with musicians, chefs and other personalities while exploring food, travel and music culture. Her on camera presence and lifestyle expertise led to appearances on programs including Extra, Good Morning America and The Kelly Clarkson Show.

In addition to producing and hosting Eat Travel Rock, Rizzo has worked as a contributor for outlets covering travel and culinary content. She has interviewed a wide range of celebrities and has been featured at industry events and festivals related to food and entertainment.

Rizzo married comedian and actor Bob Saget in October 2018. The couple remained together until Saget’s death in January 2022. She was a stepmother to his three daughters, Aubrey, Lara and Jennifer. In 2024, Rizzo confirmed she was in a relationship with actor Breckin Meyer.
