Chelsea Handler, E!'s resident funnywoman and host of the hit late-night talk show Chelsea Lately is known for her sharp wit and no-holds-barred take on Hollywood’s biggest celebs.

Born in Livingston, N.J. in 1975, the stand-up comedian got her big break as a prankster on the television show Girls Behaving Badly before moving over to the E! network in 2006. The late night host is also a best-selling author, thanks to 2005's My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One-Night Stands and the hilarious Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea, released in 2008.

In 2009, she won a Bravo A-List award, and she recently announced she has extended her contract for Chelsea Lately until 2012. Handler appears on the cover of Playboy's December 2009 issue.

After four years of dating, Handler split with Comcast CEO Ted Harbert in early 2010; she later dated animal trainer Dave Salmoni, rapper 50 Cent and hotelier Andrew Balazs.
