Though he got his start on television, Josh Brolin first gained recognition for his role as Brand Walsh in the hit film The Goonies.

After the wide success of the movie, Brolin was approached for the role of Tom Hanson in the TV show 21 Jump Street, though he turned down the role for the less successful series, Private Eye.

In 2004, Brolin married actress Diane Lane, and the two have stayed together ever since.

Most recently, the actor has starred in films like No Country For Old Men and Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror.
