Portia De Rossi
BIO
The Australian actress best known for her roles on Ally McBeal and Arrested Development was born in 1973 in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
Rossi (real name: Amanda Lee Rogers) started modeling as a child and dropped out of college to pursue an acting career. She has appeared on several TV shows, most notably Ally McBeal and Arrested Development.
In 1996, she married filmmaker Met Metcalfe, but they divorced two years later.
She became openly lesbian and married talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres in 2008.
