The Brazilian beauty turns 31 on Wednesday. The supermodel, wife and mom said giving birth to her and Tom Brady's son Benjamin in Dec. 2009 has changed her life for the better.

"Being committed to building a family, becoming a mother and raising a child with love and awareness is for me, the single biggest responsibility a woman could have," she wrote on her blog in May 2010. "Giving birth was the most intense and life-changing experience of my life... I never felt so vulnerable but so strong at the same time."
Bundchen snapped back to her pre-baby body with the help of Tracy Anderson's dance cardio workouts, along with practicing yoga and kung-fu. She also committed to avoiding sweet temptations and eating healthy foods.

Within months of giving birth to baby Benjamin in her and Brady's Boston penthouse's bathtub, Bundchen was back to work in the modeling world.
"I want more kids for sure," she told British Vogue. "Right now, I have my hands full!"
