Husband- and wife-to-be Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were all smiles in Toluca Lake, Calif. Monday.
Of course, the couple (Bery wore a Sulu Collection tunic) had plenty to beam about: they just confirmed their engagement on Saturday!

"Yes, of course we're engaged!" Martinez, 45, told Miami.com.

Us Weekly first reported back in January that Martinez put a ring on it.
A source told Us that Berry, who has a three-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, "had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He's a keeper!"

The actress, 45, first met French actor Martinez while working on the film Dark Tide; they stepped out as a couple in the fall of 2010.
