Suri and her mom Katie Holmes have been spotted cheerfully dining at the Bowery's Gemma restaurant a couple times this week. On Thursday night, when photographers snapped the famous duo, little Suri was seemingly done with walking for the day.

Wearing lipstick, yellow headband, a red trenchcoat, white tights and red ballet slippers, Suri had a grumpy moment -- until mom Holmes picked her up.

Tom Cruise's little girl was also out and about on Wednesday, when she braved NYC's massive blizzard with a Disney Princess umbrella and winter gloves, hat and pink ballerina sneakers.

Wow, she's 3, tantrums are okay at that age. Duh. Read child development books, however her wardrobe and MAKEUP are absolutely atrocious! This poor kid is going to have a lot of problems. I feel sorry for her future husband. This girl is going to have a very expensive wardrobe as well as being a spoiled brat!

Thats completely ridiculous to let that spoiled child wear lipstick at the age of 3! Katie and Tom both need to be smacked for having the most rotten kid on the planet...Good job mom and dad...you all will be headlining together soon enough. I was an Engineer working with the Top Gun pilots years ago. We all used to constantly talk about the movie scenes they flew for. I tried very hard to contact Tom Cruise during an appearance he was giving at UCLA, but to no avail. During the speech he said if he had the opportunity, he would like to train with them. At least KC is with her child. Suri is almost all the time photographed with her parents, as opposed to the your celebrity "wannabee" (Kate Gosselin) who are always photographed sans children. The Cruises are parents who happen to adore their child and lavish her with attention(Not uncommon with parents who have only 1 child) And why shouldn't they? They have the means to schlepp the kid off to a nanny, but they choose to take kid around with them...what's wrong with that? I'd rather the parent spend time with their child instead of running around acting like a celebrity and neglecting the kids. Really now, who here is using the kids for their benefit???
