Hugh Dancy

Hugh Dancy, born in England, had his first small-screen appearance in the TV series The New Adventures of Robin Hood.

He modeled for Burberry and was featured in three Burberry campaigns, alongside Kate Moss.

In July 2006, Dancy received a Primetime Emmy nomination, as Best Supporting Actor in a Miniseries, for his role in Elizabeth I. In 2008, Dancy is set to star in the animated film Poe and in the indie flick, Adam, as a man stricken with Aspergers Syndrome.

He married actress Claire Danes in 2009 and the couple welcomed their first child, a boy named Cyrus, in December 2012. Their second son, Rowan, was born in 2018. The couple expanded their family for a third time in 2023 with the birth of their daughter.
