Nicole Polizzi, known as Snooki, made her first television appearance on MTV's Is She Really Going Out With Him? in the summer of 2009. She won over America's hearts again later that year as one of the stars of Jersey Shore.

The 4'9" Italian shared her love of hair poufs, pickles and tanning beds, but it was the infamous punch to her head that made headlines. Though the clip was cut from the show, it aired on multiple news outlets, propelling the show to new levels of fame.

However, not everyone has fallen in love with the aspiring veterinary technician. The show's depiction of Italian-Americans upset some of MTV's advertisers, including Domino's Pizza, Dell and UNICO, who called her "an embarrassment to the entire human race." The feisty "guidette" fired back, saying, "I just have one thing to say to Domino's, Dell, UNICO and all the other haters out there: F--- you!"

Polizzi and her fiance, Jionni LaValle, welcomed son Lorenzo in August 2012.
