Jesse James didn't hide from photographers as he went for a walk on Sunday with 6-year-old daughter Sunny.

The two were spotted on the lot of his West Coast Choppers shop -- where he returned to work for the first time since reports of his alleged affair began circulating -- in Long Beach, Calif.
As Sunny rode her bike, James -- in overalls and wearing his wedding ring -- was also joined by his dog, Cinnabun.

Late last year, the biker, 40, won a contentious custody battle over Sunny against ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
Sandra Bullock, 45 -- who has not been seen since news broke -- had been helping James raise Sunny since early 2009 while the porn star was in prison for tax evasion.

Now, some reports claim Lindemulder is returning to court to reclaim custody.

his is not news. He is spending time with his daughter just like he should. Leave him alone. They have enough to deal with besides cameras chasing them. Jesse and Sandra should be able to work it out . It is pain. Why does the media not realize they arehurting human beings just for a story. AND the story is not even a story. The man is with his child. You can get that story anywhere in America anyday of the week by following most men that have families.
