First, Prince William's wife politely declined peanut paste -- a food expectant mothers are told to avoid -- and now the 29-year-old royal continues to fuel pregnancy rumors as new photos show her holding her stomach.

Visiting a UNICEF distribution center in Copenhagen, Denmark, this week, Middleton was seen patting and rubbing her midsection, which was covered by a chic red coat cinched at the waist.

"It was very odd," an onlooker at the UNICEF event told the U.K. Daily Mail. "Kate would not stop touching her tummy --it was very noticeable. She continually patted it and held her hands against it. She must have been doing it without realizing, and at one point she had both her hands cradling her stomach."
Although William and Kate have only been married a short time, they do have plans for kids in the future.

"I think we'll take it one step in the time," William said in November. "We'll sort of get over the marriage thing first, then look at the kids. But obviously, we want a family."

maybe it's as simple as her stomach hurt or she was readjusting her coat. i think they're taking this pic out of context.
@Lisa Daily Gregory: they already said on the news that the Duchess is NOT ALLERGIC to peanuts. However, she could be explaining that her stomach hurts to the guy ... who knows!! If she is, we all will find out soon enough I am sure!!!
It doesn't appear that she is holding her clutch. She almost always has a handbag in her hand, so maybe she was holding her hands this way just because she didn't have her bag to hold. No big deal. The queen's diamond jubilee is coming up and Kate and William's home won't be ready until 2013. Everyone may be rushing them. I would like to see them have their privacy.
She was adjusting her big belt, as we all know Kate loves her fashion and maybe the belt was slipping down as she is very slim. This is normal for people to move their belts if they are skinny.
Maybe just an involuntary movement that you do some times. Does not mean be pregnant, but it would be wonderful news.

This is ridiculous. Just because a woman pats or rubs her stomach, that does not mean she's pregnant. I lightly rub my stomach sometimes when it's hurting (especially when I'm cramping). That doesn't mean that I'm pregnant.

Way to over-reach there tabloids! Geez, the girl holds her stomach and all of a sudden she's pregnant. MAYBE she had gas and that's why she was both rubbing her belly and not eating the weird peanut paste.
