Donnie Wahlberg's Tweet Finds Fan a Kidney Donor!
-- Never underestimate the power of social media! In December, Donnie Wahlberg retweeted a blog about a fan in urgent need for a kidney transplant. The Boston Herald spoke with Bobbette Miller, the fan in need of a new kidney. Wahlberg's tweet led to a slew of calls to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., and one of those callers was a match. Miller is now scheduled to for a June transplant. [OMG]
