A rep for Jon Gosselin is shooting down a National Enquirer report claiming that the reality star's bodyguard saw him snort cocaine and make a sex tape.
"It is truly false," Gosselin's rep tells Usmagazine.com. "It's sad that people are picking this up."
The tabloid reports that Thomas Meinelt has been subpoenaed to testify in TLC's breach on contract lawsuit. "Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he's seen the tape!" said Stephanie Santoro, Gosselin's former nanny.
A source tells Us that Meinelt is now planning to sue the Enquirer because he is "accused falsely in this whole story."
Meanwhile, Gosselin, 32, has arrived in Hawaii with his mother and step-father to attend the wedding of Shane Victorino, an outfielder for the Philadelphia Phillies.
Gosselin was previously in Hawaii in 2008 when he renewed marriage with his now-estranged wife Kate.
