On paper, this premise sounds like a winner: Wives-to-be meet with their bridesmaids at an Atlanta shop to agree on the perfect bridesmaid gowns. Some intriguing dilemmas do ensue (one bride expects her friends to spend $575 on their frocks!). Alas, Yes turns into a rote fashion parade and an unending train of yea-or-nay votes. (TLC, 10 P.M.)
