MTV Contestant Claims She Popped Her Breast Implant

On this week's episode of MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins, one contestant suffered an unexpected injury.

During one of the competitions, 24-year-old Shauvon claimed she burst her breast implant after belly-flopping into the water.

"I'm not kidding, it's, like, burning," she said immediately after the fall. "I think I popped my f***ing implant."

Shauvon -- who first appeared on Real World: Sydney -- was then quickly rushed to the hospital for a checkup that included X-rays and CAT scans.

"Me being hurt and plunging into the water, I knew I'd done something to my body on the inside," she said in a testimonial. "I couldn't explain what it was, but I knew there was something bad."

After determining that she suffered muscle injuries and "tissue and nerve damage in my chest area," her doctors advised her to leave the show to recover.
