Brooke Burke, most notably known for winning the seventh season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars, was born on Sept. 8, 1971 in Hartford, Conn.

Burke's big break came from hosting Wild On..., a travel show that ran in the late '90s. Her modeling career also took off, landing her appearances in Playboy, as well as Maxim and Stuff.

In 2001, Burke married celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher. Together the couple have two daughters: Neriah and Sierra Sky. The couple divorced in 2006.

In August 2006, Burke announced her engagement to actor David Charvet. The couple have two children together: Heaven Rain and Shaya Braven. They tied the knot in August 2011.

More than just a model and television host, Burke is also an entrepreneur. She launched her own online store geared toward expectant mothers and parents. She is also the CEO of ModernMom.com.

In Sept. 2008, she competed alongside Derek Hough on Dancing with the Stars, which they eventually won. In March 2010, she returned to the show, but not as a dancer: Burke is the replacement for former host Samantha Harris.
