British actress Emily Blunt made her first industry appearance in a British film called My Summer of Love in 2004.

In 2006, Blunt's big break came when she starred opposite Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada, as a manipulative young magazine assistant. She also continued her work as a British television actress on the show Gideon's Daughter, which won her a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in 2007.

The actress dated singer Michael Buble for three years before splitting in 2008. Blunt wed Office actor John Krasinski in an outdoor ceremony held at the Villa D'este in Como, Italy in July 2010.
