The romantic celebration is a whole universe away from a tabloid story in In Touch claiming that Frankel and Hoppy, 40, are on the brink of a split -- with her man even moving out of their $5 million Tribeca loft and into a hotel.
"They are a happily married couple," scoffs a source close to Frankel. "Jason lives with Bethenny and not in a hotel. They're celebrating their two-year anniversary tonight!"
