Although her daytime style is extremely casual (think cut-off shorts and vintage band T-shirts), Miley Cyrus proved on Sunday that she has no problem turning up the glam-o-meter when necessary.

The 19-year-old starlet did just that at Elton John's annual Oscars viewing party in Beverly Hills Sunday, when she stepped out in a silver floor-length Roberto Cavalli gown with a fishtail train. She complemented her grown-up ensemble with a Judith Leiber clutch, sparkly Jimmy Choo heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
