Sacha Baron Cohen

Sacha Baron Cohen, better known as his alter-egos Ali G, Borat and Bruno, shot to fame with the English television show Da Ali G Show, which aired on HBO in 2003. In 2006, the mockumentary Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan came out.
Baron Cohen won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy for playing the sexist, racist, offensive Borat who poked fun at American culture. Baron Cohen promoted the film and gave interviews only as the character of Borat, but retired him in 2007. Bruno, a flamboyant gay Austrian, was another one of Baron Cohen’s alter egos, and later starred in his own film.
Baron Cohen married actress Isla Fisher on March 15, 2010. They have one daughter together, Olive, who was born on October 19, 2007.
