Gwyneth Paltrow Nurses "Horrific Hangover" Before Overseas Flight

Now that she's 39, Gwyneth Paltrow can't party quite like she used to.
The Oscar winner -- who celebrated her birthday Tuesday -- complained that she was "nursing a horrific hangover" at JFK International Airport in New York Wednesday.

"Nothing like starting an overseas flight dehydrated," she tweeted. "Where is the dog? I need the hair."
When pal Ali Wentworth teased the Contagian actress for her "crazy" night out, Paltrow explained: "I was over-served. It's not my fault. Or is it?"

Perhaps Paltrow -- who's a big fan of Guinness beer and red wine -- should have taken her own advice about how to cure a hangover.

"I take a cold shower in the morning and then I go into the sauna and drink a lot of water throughout the day," she told Closer magazine in May. "Green tea also helps!"
