Britney Spears

Full Name: Britney Spears

Hometown: Kentwood, LA

Born on December 2, 1981, the former The All New Mickey Mouse Club cast member was one of the first major female teen pop stars of the late 90s. Spears became America’s teen idol after the release of “Baby One More Time” and “Oops!...I Did It Again,” which broke international sales records in 2001.

In 2007, Spears’ personal issues became publicized. Headlines bearing Spears' name reported on her bizarre psychotic behaviors, drug use and divorce to ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

In 2008, Spears ended her lengthy legal battle and reached a settlement with Federline over the custody of their kids. Spears also agreed to hand over all legal and business control to her father, Jamie Spears, in a co-conservatorship. Since then, she reemerged in late 2008 looking healthier while promoting her massively successful sixth album, Circus, which raked in 131.8 million on tour.

Spears and her former manager, Jason Trawick, became engaged in December 2011. Spears returned her $90,000 engagement ring to Trawick when the couple split in January 2013. Shortly after the split, Britney dated David Lucado for over a year, although the relationship ended in 2014.
