BIO
R&B superstar Ciara Princess Harris was born Oct. 25, 1985, in Austin, Texas, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, she met producer, Jazze Pha, and was quickly signed to LaFace Records.
Ciara's debut album, Goodies, sold over five million copies worldwide, launching the singer's career. The CD was a massive success, churning out several No. 1 his including "Goodies", "1, 2 Step" and "Oh."
Her follow-up disc, The Evolution, was released in 2006. Her third effort, Fantasy Ride, was released in 2009. She collaborated with Justin Timberlake on "Love, Sex, Magic" and shared a headlining tour with Jay-Z later that same summer.
The singer dated rapper, Bow Wow, in 2005, but the couple broke up one year later.
