BIO

Born in 1978, January Jones was once an Abercrombie and Fitch model but realized she was miserable modeling, and left her agency to move to L.A. and try acting.

Currently, Jones appears in the Emmy-winning AMC television series Mad Men, as young housewife Betty Draper. In 2009, Jones received a Golden Globe nomination for her performance. The actress has earned two Screen Actors Guild trophies for her Mad Men role.

On the film side, Jones has appeared in American Wedding, Love Actually and Anger Management. 

In April 2011, Jones announced she is expecting her first child, though details of the baby's father have not been disclosed.
