Taylor Lautner

Born in February 1992, Michigan native Taylor Lautner is best known as Jacob Black in the Twilight film franchise, based on the wildly popular vampire novels by Stephanie Meyer.

Lautner moved to Los Angeles at a young age to pursue a career in acting, and booked roles on television shows such as My Wife and Kids, Summerland and The Bernie Mac Show. He has also appeared in Cheaper by the Dozen 2.

The actor hit it big in 2008 when he joined the cast of Twilight as Jacob Black, a werewolf and best friend to Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan. The actor will reprise his role in the second and third installments of the franchise, New Moon and Eclipse. Lautner will reportedly net $7.5 million for his next project, Northern Lights opposite Tom Cruise, earning him recognition as Hollywood's highest paid teen actor. The actor is expected to take home at least $25 million for his role in the next two Twilight installments.

He has been linked to Disney star Selena Gomez, and dated singer Taylor Swift for three months in 2009. He's currently dating his Abduction costar Lily Collins.
