“Officially a solo home owner and thank you to the best real estate agent in Utah [Liann May, her mother],” Paul, 31, announced via Instagram on Monday, May 18. “I see the sadness through the excitement but I am trying.”

The reality star shared a video montage set to an instrumental version of The Verve’s 1997 hit “Bitter Sweet Symphony,” showing her being presented with the ceremonial key to her new home as confetti fell all around her.

Earlier this month, Paul confirmed that she was in the final stages of purchasing her first residence.

“I just bought my first house on my own,” she shared via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, May 6. “[I had] been renting for years.”

Becoming a homeowner is a significant accomplishment for Paul following a rough few months where her personal and professional lives were in turmoil.

In March, ABC scrapped plans to air Paul’s season of The Bachelorette three days before its scheduled premiere date amid news that she and ex Dakota Mortensen were both under investigation in Utah for an alleged domestic incident. Production on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 5 was also paused amid the investigation.

The scandal intensified when bodycam and cellphone footage leaked from a past domestic violence altercation with Mortensen, which led to her 2023 arrest. (Paul pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was put on probation to resolve that 2023 case.)

Paul’s most recent domestic violence investigation was resolved when the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office declined to file criminal charges against her in April.

Mortensen broke his silence over the Salt Lake City DA’s decision by pledging to focus on his and Paul’s son Ever, 2, moving forward.

“Over the past several weeks, I’ve taken a step back and had time away from the chaos. That space has been a breath of fresh air and has given me clarity. My focus now is where it should have been all along-on my son and creating a stable, healthy environment for him moving forward,” he wrote via Instagram on April 20.

Mortensen continued, “I regret not stepping away from the difficult cycle sooner. I’m not perfect, and I take accountability for my part. I’m sincerely sorry to those I’ve hurt. At the same time, I don’t agree with how this situation has been portrayed publicly. It does not reflect the full context of what occurred or the impact it has had on me and my son.”

However, Paul faced yet more legal trouble when she temporarily lost custody of her and Mortensen’s 2-year-old son, Ever. She received supervised visitation with Ever ahead of a June 1 hearing while Paul and Mortensen were both granted protective orders against each other on April 30. (Paul also shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, with her ex-husband, Tate Paul.)

“Today’s hearing was a significant step forward as the court entered protective orders requiring that Taylor’s ex-partner stays far away from her,” Taylor’s attorney, Eric M. Swinyard, told Us about the protective order ruling. “Taylor was incredibly candid with the court that she is not perfect and owned her faults, which is in direct contrast to how the other party presented their argument, despite evidence and input from law enforcement that showed otherwise.”

The attorney went on, “Taylor feels solidarity with the many survivors who have endured similar hardships behind closed doors and shared only part of their stories, and she remains grateful for the outpouring of support she continues to receive. She looks forward to continuing to cooperate with the court to make progress in the custody case.”

After the property stayed on the market for several months, a source exclusively revealed to Us that Affleck and Lopez disagreed about the appropriate next steps.

“Jennifer thinks they can get more money for the home, so she wants to keep the price as is,” a source shared in April 2025. “But the real estate market is not there and it’s not selling.”

As for Affleck, he appeared ready to sell regardless of what the final offer and even if it meant taking a financial loss.

“Ben wants to get rid of it because their divorce is over and he wants to cut all ties and have it be done,” the source explained. “He just wants it over and to sell it. He wants to reduce the price.”

Dumontet, 47, filed court documents on Friday, April 17, and obtained by Us Weekly, asking for control over the property in order to sell it and pay off the mortgage.

According to Dumontet, he wants to sell the house to “stop the ongoing financial loss associated with maintaining a non-income-producing asset.”

Dumontet said he purchased the residence months before he married Quinn, 37, in 2019, and now has a $3.5 million balance on his mortgage loan. He alleged the house has cost him $400,00 a year to maintain.

“This is not sustainable,” Dumontet wrote in his filing. “I require immediate court intervention to stop this financial hemorrhaging.”

Dumontet and Quinn, who share 4-year-old son Christian, separated in 2024. Dumontet was ordered to move out of the house after the Selling Sunset alum was granted a temporary restraining order in March 2024 after Dumontet’s two arrests. (Dumontet was arrested following an alleged domestic violence altercation, released on bond and arrested hours later for breaking the TRO.)

In Dumontet’s April court documents, he claimed that he wasn’t able to “regain the ability to act with respect” to the house until September 2025. Once his home access was restored, Dumontet began repairing, renovating and preparing the house for sale that allegedly cost him thousands of dollars.

Dumontet, who stated that he has since moved to France with his new girlfriend and their 12-month-old son, now wants to sell the house to use the funds to cover his reported debt.

In the filing, Dumontet stressed that neither he nor Quinn live in the house and it doesn’t generate any income.

“[Quinn] has never made any financial contribution to the [home], whether toward the purchase price, mortgage payments, carrying costs, maintenance, or otherwise,” the filing reads, with Dumontet allegedly paying “exuberant costs to keep” the home that caused him “irreparable financial harm.”

Dumontet stated that Quinn is “not on the hook” for any debt the house accumulates.

“I alone am suffering this harm, and without court intervention, I will continue to,” he added.

Dumontet’s request for an emergency order was denied while the house went back on the market Saturday, April 18, for almost $7.5 million.

Us Weekly has reached out to Quinn for comment.

Amid her divorce, Quinn moved to Texas with her son.

“I am really, really grateful to be living here,” the reality TV star told People in January 2025. “[It’s a blessing to] be close to my family. I have a sister who lives really close to me, and my son has a cousin.”

She added, “I found a wonderful house. I would say it’s, like, 60 percent done, but there’s still some things that I want to do and really take it to the next level because I love interior design.”

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, April 10, Sidora, 40, was ordered to vacate the former couple’s marital residence in Georgia by May 31. The outlet also reported that Sidora and Pittman, 43, will share joint legal custody of their two children: son Machai, 10, and daughter Anija, 8. (Sidora is also the mom of son Josiah, 15, from a previous relationship.)

Sidora addressed the legal situation via an X statement on Sunday, April 12. “Good morning. Some details regarding my divorce have recently become public, although the process is not yet finalized. “In the last week of inspection, they came in. Everything’s been redone, redone, redone,” she recalled. “They’re like, ‘Oh, there’s a little outdoor storage unit that’s been there since I bought the property, and they’re like, ‘This is illegal.’ … I’m, like, ‘How did they not find this upon the first inspection?’”

“What I enjoy most is that [Hawn] really likes it in Colorado,” Russell, 75, told Fox News Digital in an interview published on Sunday, March 22. “Wyatt [Russell] and [his wife] Meredith [Hagner] and their two boys, they live in Colorado now. So we like to spend as much time there as we can.”

“It’s cursed, I mean, three people have come in and said, ‘This house is cursed,’” Handler lamented. “In the last week of inspection, they came in. Everything’s been redone, redone, redone. Gene Hackman and wife Betsy Arakawa’s home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has been listed for sale nearly a year after they were found dead inside.

Agents Tara S. Earley and Ricky Allen of Sotheby’s International Realty confirmed to the Wall Street Journal on Thursday, January 15, that the 53-acre estate is on the market for $6.25 million.

“There will be some buyers that are just adverse to purchasing a property where a death has occurred,” Earley told the publication. “There are other buyers for whom that doesn’t matter. We are selling the property on its virtues and all of the positives.”

The agents confirmed the home has been cleared of Hackman and Arakawa’s personal effects and professionally staged.

While the realtors said they would typically attach a celebrity premium to a home associated with a notable actor, this situation is a little different. As a result, Earley said, “We just priced it based on what we felt was the fair market value.”

The six-bedroom estate is located in a gated community and includes a putting green and an artist’s studio. The main house boasts three bedrooms, but the property also features a three-bedroom guesthouse, a lap pool and a library where Hackman frequently watched movies.

“The Hackmans embraced Santa Fe, and Santa Fe embraced them,” Earley said. “You would see them in town and they were not treated as celebrities.”

The agent said Hackman “went into the Artisan art store and bought his supplies like everyone else.”

Us confirmed that the actor and Arakawa were found dead inside their shared Santa Fe, New Mexico, house, on February 27, 2025.

“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy,” Hackman’s daughters and granddaughter said in a statement to Us at the time. “He was loved and admired by millions around the world for his brilliant acting career, but to us, he was always just Dad and Grandpa. We will miss him sorely and are devastated by the loss.”

The chief medical examiner for New Mexico ruled that Hackman died due to hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease with Alzheimer’s disease as a significant contributing factor.

The cause of death for Arakawa was ruled as hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. According to the Mayo Clinic, the rare infectious disease begins with flu-like symptoms and progresses rapidly to more severe disease.

On October 6, 2025, Weidenmuller asked the court to order the rapper’s home to be sold to help him collect on the money owed to him. Minaj and Petty failed to respond to the suit, which led to the court entering default judgments against the duo in March 2024.

In October 2025, Weidenmuller said Minaj owns an 11-bedroom, 16-bathroom, 11,820-square-foot home in Hidden Hills, California. The entertainer purchased the home for $19.5 million in December 2022, according to property records.

Weidenmuller claimed in his motion that the sale of home would provide enough money to pay off the mortgage, liens and his debt.

He pointed out that Minaj has a $13,258,000 mortgage lien on the home and a “$722,151 homestead exemption — together just under $14 million.”

Weidenmuller told the court, “The property’s current fair market value is appraised at $20 million, yielding approximately $6 million in equity beyond the lien and exemption. That amount is more than sufficient to satisfy the judgment, plus accrued interest and enforcement costs.”

He said the law does not require him to exhaust other collection efforts before asking for a debtor’s home to be sold off. “Here, there is no doubt that the sale of the dwelling would satisfy the entire judgment, with millions to spare,” he said.

Weidenmuller’s lawyer noted, “Although it is regrettable that the extraordinary measure of forcing the sale of Minaj’s dwelling is required, that result is entirely the product of her intransigence in not making payment. Minaj is a global music superstar, estimated to have a net worth of anywhere between $150-190 million, and is reportedly the highest paid female rap star in the world. There is little doubt that she is highly capable of paying the judgment in full and, yet, she has refused to do so despite multiple written requests for payment and levies served upon several of her suspected creditors.”

Us Weekly confirmed that Madix, 40, and Sandoval, 42, reached an agreement on Tuesday, January 13, when the Love Island USA host filed a notice of settlement of the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to the filing, the dismissal of the case is “conditional” and would require “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.

Both sides are expected to meet on February 5 for a final status conference. The legal filing, which Page Six broke the news on first, noted that if Sandoval doesn’t meet the terms of the agreement, then the case will go to trial on February 17.

The update in the case comes three years after the Vanderpump Rules alums called it quits in the aftermath of Sandoval’s affair with their then-costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

Hilary Duff and Mandy Moore Felt 'Blindsided' by Ashley Tisdale's Essay

As the rumors about who was in the group and what really went down began to swirl, Haylie showed subtle support for Ashley. Haylie “liked” Ashley’s Instagram post promoting her essay, which to some meant she was siding with the actress.

The “like” sparked even more speculation due to rumors that Haylie and Hilary are not as close as they once were after Haylie moved to Texas with her family following 2020’s coronavirus pandemic.

Haylie and Hilary have not been photographed together since 2019, and in late 2025, Hilary hinted that family drama influenced her decision to delay her return to music.

“I have this crazy connection with fans that I’ve known since I was 9, 10 years old, and I just want to connect with them again,” Hilary told The Rolling Stone in November 2025. “We have gone through a lot of the same things — whether that’s complicated relationships, anxiety, raising kids, divorces, trying to find yourself in adulthood, family drama… Finally I felt safe enough and comfortable in my own family to step outside and open that part of myself up again.”
