Spencer Pratt

The son of a celebrity dentist, Los Angeles drama king Spencer Pratt's claim to fame is his role on the MTV reality series The Hills and his famous relationship with fellow Hills starlet, Heidi Montag.

Pratt and Montag met in 2006 and were soon engaged, but due to Pratt’s immature behavior and Montag's grave uncertainties, they called it quits in December 2007. After a tropical vacation together in 2008, the duo soon patched things up, but Pratt still wears the crown as one of the top villains of reality television, according to a June 2008 issue of TV Guide.

Pratt is currently the CEO of Innovator Management, whose clientele includes none other than Montag herself. In November 2008, he surprised Hills fans -- and his family -- when he and Montag eloped in Mexico. To make their union legal, the pair held a traditional church ceremony in April 2009 that was attended by their Hills costars Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner and Lauren Conrad.

In summer 2009, Heidi and Spencer signed on to compete in the NBC reality series, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! After several attempts to quit the show, Heidi was hospitalized for a gastric ulcer, prompting the newlyweds to quit the show for good and return home.
