Is Zac Efron trying to slim down?
On Thursday, the actor, 23, visited an L.A. studio (he's doing voiceover work for a new Dr. Seuss flick) with a bag of grub from Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) foods, a diet delivery service that helps stars eat calorie-controlled meals.

Efron has said he gained about 18 pounds (and got a much-scrutinzed buzz cut) to play an Iraq War veteran in The Lucky One.
"I was just eating, eating, eating," he told E! News of the beef-up. The Lucky One wrapped up shooting just before Christmas.

Another Z.E.N. Foods afficianado? His ex Vanessa Hudgens. "I'm so thankful there's a service like Z.E.N. Foods that tastes GREAT and makes it so easy to eat right," she says on the company's website.

What the hell? He does not look bulky...he looks health and more attractive bigger. Skinny and slim, he just looks like a kid again from those highschool days. Is US Mag trying to start a trend?? "Okay we have the girls out there brainwashed that its better to be stick thin than healthy, lets get started on the young men to be anorexic"...???!! Geez whoever wrote this crap, get over your bony skinny asses and stop trying to make trouble where there isn't!!!
I think he looks better bulkier. It's not bulk it's actually muscle.

two things 1. this story was like two weeks ago, 2. im pretty sure him and vanessa are back together they were seen plently of times in the last couple weeks together and this past weekend he was in north carolina visiting her.
